Good to know
If we're collecting you from the airport, we’ll be waiting for you just outside of arrivals with a sign with your name on it, so you can’t miss us! Make sure to look for our logo.
Though we have plenty of room for luggage in our vehicles, we ask that each guest only bring 1 piece of luggage and 1 carry-on.
Our maximum waiting time is 1 hour from your scheduled time -- if the guests are not at the meeting point during this grace period, we will charge for the additional waiting time.
Please let us know of any itinerary changes at least 4 hours in advance.
Pick-ups between 21:00 and 4:00 will have a 10% surcharge.
Our private vehicle has air conditioning to combat the Cartagena heat.
Medical insurance is included in the price of all of our tours, so we have you covered in the unlikely event of an accident.

Frequently asked questions
What if I can’t find my driver?
We’ll do our best to make ourselves quite obvious by having a sign with your name on it, but in the case that you can’t find your driver, please call our assistance line: (+57) 3104256864. This can be called by a local number (using a cellular network) or WhatsApp (using cellular data). Fear not! We will not leave without you and will do our best to find you.
Will my driver only speak Spanish?
Your driver will be a native Spanish-speaker, and we cannot guarantee their second-language skills. Don’t worry — our drivers know their way around incredibly well, so they will be able to get you where you need to be in a reliable and timely manner.
Should you prefer to have someone that speaks your language with you on the transfer, please indicate your preference upon booking and one of our guides can accompany the driver. Our guides are quite talented! We can offer English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, and Italian, and Russian. Please note that adding a guide to the transfer will come at an additional cost (the driver is included, of course).
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
If there are changes to your flight plan like delays, cancellations, or otherwise, please let us know as soon as possible via email by writing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. From there, we will figure out how to best adjust. Communication is key!
